Spinning

Spinning was created by world class cyclist Jonathan Goldberg, a.k.a. "Johnny G." Spinning is not just for "hard core" athletes, but for all fitness levels. Spinning classes are rides utilizing music and visualization techniques to motivate each participant towards their own unique goals. These classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping with three different Training Energy Zones: Endurance, Interval, and Strength!

Endurance

This class focuses on challenging the body mentally and physically to be more efficient at maintaining a steady pace and heart rate.

High Intensity Training (HIT)

Applied correctly, high intensity training can beat fitness plateaus and enhance overall fitness. But too much of it can cause overtraining and burnout. Come learn how, why and when to use high intensity training, and more importantly, when not to.

Interval

This class simulates all terrain training such as hills and flat roads. It is designed to improve the participant's ability to recover quickly after hard work.

Strength

This class involves heavy resistance while pedaling at a consistent pace. This training session simulates climbing hills and can be done from a seated or standing climbing position.
