Water Aerobics
The non-impact, environment of the water lets you build strength, reduce body fat and increase flexibility while reducing your risk of injury. Our instructors are trained to challenge and encourage you for the best water workout you can get in 1 hour.

Shallow H2O
This is a traditional 45-minute shallow water class that focuses on muscle strengthening, flexibility, and continuous aerobic activity. This class is beneficial to both the beginner and the mature exerciser who needs a workout designed to minimize stress to the bones and joints. Noodles, weights, and balls are used occasionally to offer variety and have more fun!
Advanced Deep Water
This is a 45-minute non-impact workout in the deep end of the pool. Exercise belts are used to assist with buoyancy. This allows for an optimal lower body workout incorporating muscular and cardiovascular training and flexibility exercises. Serious participants should purchase their own belts, available at our ProShop for $25.
Instructor’s Choice
This is a 45 minute moderate to high intensity class that will use equipment of the instructor’s choice. Balls, weights, belts, or noodles may be incorporated while working out in the shallow or deep end of the pool.
E-Z Cruisers
This is a 45-minute low impact class designed for those with medical conditions. People with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or chronic illnesses are encouraged to attend. The emphasis is on improving balance and coordination, muscle strengthening and flexibility, and increasing joint range of motion while providing a low intensity aerobic workout.
