Yoga has various meanings in different cultures. Originally, a Hindu discipline aimed at achieving a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. In the West, the term is most commonly understood as the physical exercises that are practiced as part of this discipline. 

YOFITGA

Instructors are nationally certified byYogaFit. This format is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. This program overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

YOGA WITH CATHY

Personal attention is provided to those with special needs. A synergistic blend of IYENGAR and ANUSARA and other yoga styles that are taught with attention to breath, mental focus, and ranges in movement intensity. Schedule varies seasonally.

A LA CARTE

Individual attention appropriate for beginners, those recovering from injury or illness or seniors.

FUSION

A combination of PILATES and YoFITga; maybe a bit of sculpt to. This class will sneak up on you. You will be working harder than you realize.
