At the Sportscenter you have a myriad of fitness opportunities. Our group fitness programs include: Spinning, Bodypump, Yoga, Kettlebell, Pilates (mat and integrated) and water aerobics just to name a few. We have our second floor dedicated to our Cardio Studio. Our Life Fitness and Precor equipment include: Summit Trainers, Concept 2 Rowers, Treadmills, Ellipiticals along with recumbent and upright bikes. Because we have numerous pieces of equipment, you never have to wait in line to get your cardio in. We have a fully integrated weight room with free weights, Nautilus Nitro full circuit machines and Hammer Strength equipment. Our certified trainers and coaches provide personal, small group and Crossfit workouts from open to close.
